Hours - Monday to Friday, 3-week rotation shift pattern of 08.00-16.30 / 09.00-17.30 / 10.00- 18.30

You will be responsible for:

• Liaising with customers via phone, email and live chat
• Managing the end-to-end customer services experience, taking ownership of customers issue through to full resolution and seeing through to satisfaction and achieving service level agreements
• Building strong working relationships with contracted customers and internal/external stakeholders and have a clear understanding of contractual obligations for each customer
• Completing administrative tasks associated with your role within agreed timescales, logging all correspondence into the inhouse system

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous Customer Service experience
• Have expereicne of working with products
• Be happy to work different shifts as this role works on a 3-week rotation shift pattern of 08.00-16.30 / 09.00-17.30 / 10.00- 18.30 Monday to Friday
