Customer Resolution Associate



James Kay Associates are working in partnership with a well established business who are looking for a Customer Resolutions expert to join their team in Nottingham on a full time permanent basis.

Salary - £19,480 to £20,007

In this role you will take ownership of each customer enquiry through to resolution.

Dealing with customers inbound and outbound
Liaise with customers via the phone and email, handling queries and complaints with regards to orders, replacement orders, cancellations, failed deliveries and appointments.
Liaise with field reps to booked, rearranged, cancel and following up appointments for the customers via the phone
Manage your own daily time planner to ensure all follow-up calls, emails and call backs are completed daily. You will also manage diaries of external field reps to ensure appointments are being met on a daily basis.
The successful Candidate must have previous customer service, complaints handling experience with excellent time management skills.

Previous Account Management experience would be beneficial in this role.
