Attending Interviews - Ask Questions

It is important if you're scheduled for an interview that you prepare to ask some questions and show that you are fully engaged.

Some examples:

1. If you hear recent news about the company or have seen something during your research about them, you can ask them about it.
2. Ask about onboarding/induction.
3. Ask about the values/culture of the company and how they are implemented.
4. Ask about the team and the team dynamics.
5. Ask them about company/department goals and plans.
6. Get to know them, ask about their job and the favourite part of their job
