Attending interviews - love them or hate them they are part and parcel of most recruitment process in all sorts of businesses.

When talking about your current or previous employer it can be easy to talk bad about them, avoid this where possible.

You may think it takes the heat off of you and points the blame in your employers direction, but actually, it's a really undesirable trait that people really don't like to see and hear in an interview.
