Summary
James Kay Associates are working with a growing business in Nottingham that are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Analytics Manager to join their expanding team. In this role you will report to the Head Of Customer Analytics supporting with Data Analytics, Compliance and Regulatory Compliance optimising the Customer Journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Map out, review and analyse the customer lifecycle
- Responsible to build insights and recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience
- Reduce customer churn and increase lifetime value
- Responsible for performance rates such as ROI, Conversions, translating data into clear strategy
- Provide management information and insight rich performance reports to senior management team
- Track data driven retention
- Design and interpret A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaigns effectiveness, engagement and retention
- Work collaboratively with other departments such as Marketing, Product teams, Compliance advising on strategies that are data driven and compliant
- Maintain expert understanding of the market regulations
- Partner with Legal & Compliance to pre approve and sign off campaigns and business content, ensuring of regulatory checks
Experience
- 5 -7 years of data analytics experience working in a regulatory environment, risk and compliance within financial services sector is essential
- Strong understanding of FCA compliance
- Advance skills in data analysis, statistics, Excel and data visualisation
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail & working to deadlines
- Great communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation and reporting tools
My client offer a competitive salary for this role ranging between 55-65k depending on experience.
