Summary
James Kay Associates are working with a growing business in Nottingham that are currently recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to join their expanding team. In this role you will support with Risk, Compliance and Regulatory reporting working closely with FCA guidelines and strict lending procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and send FCA regulatory reports
• Monitor changes and requirements in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting
• Track and monitor risk indicators
• Provide management information to senior management
• Support with internal audits and compliance reviews
• Prepare reports related to debt and debt sales, working closely with finance

Experience

• 3-5 years working in a regulatory environment, risk and compliance within financial services sector
• Strong understanding of FCA reporting
• Experience in debt sale, lending preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail & working to deadlines
• Great communication skills
