We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing client in Nottingham who will lead and oversee Salesforce projects into the business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and be adept at coordinating teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed efficiently.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Implement project management methodologies such Agile, Monday.com, JIRA & MS Project
• Manage End to End Salesforce implementations and business transformation initiatives
• Monitor project progress through data analysis skills, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate updates and address any issues.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, operations and configurations
• Focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud optimisation
• Manage Project Plans
• Work closely with IT for deployment

Skills & Experience

• 5 years project management experience in the finance sector
• Experience with Salesforce for managing customer relationships and project requirements.
• Strong product management skills with a focus on delivering value to customers.
• Excellent requirements gathering capabilities to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
• Strong data analysis skills for informed decision-making and reporting.
• Sales Cloud & Service Cloud knowledge
• Experience with Mulesoft
• Prince 2 or equivalent qualification
