Role: Investment Manager
Salary: up to 38K DOE
Location: Nottingham
Type: 2 year contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, Office & Field role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Manager to join our growing client based in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business finance with a proven ability to build, develop and maintain relationships within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
• Support the application process in detail and coach applicants on what documents and information they will need to submit
• Conducting meetings with potential borrowers to understand their financing needs and promote our lending solutions
• Developing relationships with prospective small business customers and sourcing new lending opportunities
• Finding and nurturing relationships with introducers such as loan brokers who can refer small business clients and generate leads
• Attending networking events to connect with the local small business community
• Collaborate with other financial professionals to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic factors that may impact financial services and products

Requirements

• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Understanding of business financing and lending
• Strong relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Ability to build relationships.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to clients.

My Client offers a competitive basic salary of up to 38k DOE with a performance related bonus

This is a 2 year contract but is likely to be significantly longer.
