Role: Sales Executive
Salary: 25-30k base plus commission (OTE 35-40k)
Location: Nottingham, Lenton (great transport links & parking)
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9-6, Friday 8-5 (office based)
Type: Permanent role

Our client is looking for a sales professional that is results driven and highly motivated and bring onboard a Sales Executive to join their growing business.
Experience in sales is a must and ideally with telesales/lead generation experience would be ideal but most important is that you have a sales experience, great communication and relationship building experience, able to persuade customers and overcome objections.

What you will be doing:

• Following-up website generated enquiries and dealing with customers over the phone
• Re qualify the lead with the customer over the phone and check all the data is correct
• Build relationships by rapport building and selling the clients services
• Work with third party suppliers and customers
• Work with other departments and ensure the customer experience is positive throughout the process
• Using company CRM and database to accurately capture customer information to pass onto the relevant sales teams
• Seek new business opportunities with new and existing clients

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, ideally in a telesales environment
• Hungry and motivated to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
• Demonstrable experience of achieving targets and KPIs
• Team player
• A confident closer and able to over come objections
• Have good administration skills and able to record data accurately

My client offer a competitive basic salary and commission structure with a starting base salary of 25-30k with an OTE of up to 40k.
