Big ambitions - not one of the big high street agencies, we are a small but rapidly growing Local Recruitment Agency where we can offer a personal and bespoke recruitment service to our clients and candidates.
Our head office is based in Carlton, Nottingham specialising in the Office & Professional sector, offering support in permanent, contract and temporary recruitment.

We are looking to recruit experienced 360 recruiters and have exciting further expansion plans over the next 12 months.

We strongly believe in home work-life balance so the full time hours you will be contracted to work are Monday to Friday 9.30-17.30.

You will be passionate about sales and business development as well as providing the highest levels of service to our clients and candidates, ensuring we offer our personal approach and bespoke services.

The Role:

  • Liaising with clients and candidates every day via all mediums including face to face, over the phone and virtually
  • Grow and develop your own desk by business development and maximising returns on existing clients
  • Work toward company targets and financial objectives
  • Every day is different and is fast-paced you will need to be organised and efficient in order to achieve your targets
  • Profile and ask questions to gather clear understanding of needs and requirements
  • Promoting your candidates and your jobs
  • Selecting, placing and managing your candidates ensuring consistent communication throughout the process
  • Registering, interviewing and screening candidates for jobs
  • Account managing your own clients
  • Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach


What are we looking for:

  • A minimum of 1 years recruitment experience (all sectors considered)
  • Sales & business development experience
  • Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of recruitment and processes
  • Experience of achieving financial targets and business objectives
  • Someone that is hungry and motivated, perhaps looking to move away from the corporate recruitment environment to have more autonomy and flexibility to grow your desk
  • Commercially aware and industry expertise
  • A "self starter" and "make it happen approach"
  • Someone that understands the sales process and has demonstrable techniques in business growth and converting new business
  • Personable and great relationship building experience
  • Have great attention to detail and data accuracy
