James Kay Associates have a number of exciting Sales Assistant roles working with our Telecommunications client at their Skegness store.

As Sales Assistant you will be the face of the their business dealing with customers ensuring that the customer experience is like no other. You will ensure that customers feel relaxed and comfortable, helping and giving advice to customers on the latest deals available, including mobile phones, packages, tablets, and smart watches.

Reporting to the store management team you will help drive business, educate customers and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Experience/Skills:

• Must have retail experience in a customer facing environment
  
• Outgoing and confident
  
• A basic understanding of mobile phones although full training will be given
  
• Flexible
  
• A team player
  
• Excellent communication skills and able to build rapport
  

In return:

My client offers a salary of £8.83-£9.38 p/h plus commission and excellent company benefits including staff discounts. A variety of working hours available that will include weekends on a Full Time basis.
