James Kay Associates are working in partnership with a well know business in Nottingham NG1 who are looking for a Multi Skilled Service Engineer to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

You will work on the full range of products including Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Air, Petrol, Diesel and Electric powered products.

You should have a strong electrical/electronic engineering background, be computer literate and ideally be educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

• Repair machines returned
  
• Provide technical support to staff & customers
  
• Promote good Customer Service via the phone, at counter and on customer's / Business premises
  
• Ensure all stock / spare parts are accounted for and properly recorded
  
• Reorder stock that is used or needs re ordering
  
• Ensure that all jobs, spares orders, time sheets and stock notes are completed correctly and on time, and control all administration paperwork
  
• Reporting and rectification of any product quality issues with Aftersales Manager
  
• Development of new systems and work practices with Aftersales Manager
  
• Maintain accurate records and identify sources of errors in conjunction with Aftersales Manager
  
• Adhering to company H&S policies on and off site
  
• The successful candidates must have Multi Service Engineer experience and must be able to drive as some travel around Nottinghamshire is required.
  

Salary - £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
Hours - 8am - 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 5pm Fridays
