Customer Service Advisor
James Kay Associates are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, vibrant busy business in Nottingham. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring all customers are happy and their queries are resolved in a timely manner.
As the Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Deal with customer enquires from customers through to resolution
- Deal with customer service repairs and faults
- Checking diaries and booking appointments
- Advising customers of products and services
- Updating the company database ensuring records are kept up to date and accurate
- Investigating and resolving customer order issues
- Work with the customer service team and other departments
- General administration
Experience:
- Similar experience in a customer service role
- Passionate about customer service and resolving issues
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player
- Call centre experience (preferably)
- IT skills and attention to detail
- Analytical
My client offer a competitive salary up £20,800 and company benefits and discounts. Hours for this position are Monday to Friday (no weekends) 8.30-6pm.
