Customer Service Advisor



James Kay Associates are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, vibrant busy business in Nottingham. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring all customers are happy and their queries are resolved in a timely manner.



As the Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Deal with customer enquires from customers through to resolution
  • Deal with customer service repairs and faults
  • Checking diaries and booking appointments
  • Advising customers of products and services
  • Updating the company database ensuring records are kept up to date and accurate
  • Investigating and resolving customer order issues
  • Work with the customer service team and other departments
  • General administration


Experience:

  • Similar experience in a customer service role
  • Passionate about customer service and resolving issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player
  • Call centre experience (preferably)
  • IT skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical

My client offer a competitive salary up £20,800 and company benefits and discounts. Hours for this position are Monday to Friday (no weekends) 8.30-6pm.
