James Kay Associates are looking for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, vibrant busy business in Colwick.

This is a permanent role
Paying £18,427 per annum
Full time hours 37.5 per week Monday to Friday working different shifts between 9am and 7pm, Saturday and Sundays 9am - 5pm 1 sat in 3, 1 sun in 7

As the Inbound Customer Service Advisor you will:

• Liaising with customers via the phone and email (high volume)
  
• Placing orders and organising appointments for field representatives
  
• Checking diaries for appointment slots
  
• Advising customers of products and services
  
• Updating customer records in great detail
  
• Investigating and resolving customer order issues
  

The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a contact centre taking high volume calls within customers.
