B2B Sales Executive



We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive working with a well known Telecommunications Provider based in Nottingham.

Covering Nottingham, Derby & Leicester you will become an integral part of the sales team, focusing on growing and developing the "mobile phones" side of the business.

You will spend the first 12 months based in the office, speaking to businesses over the phone, closing deals and building your own account base, learning all the product and industry knowledge with the progression of then closing deals out in the field, face to face.

You will bring on new clients and account manage them, providing quotations and deal with all client needs.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a strong sales personality who is money motivated and who is looking to join an established & growing company that is an expert in their field.

Experience/Boxes to tick:

  • Must have volume-based internal & field Sales experience (Telecommunications background preferred but not essential)
  • Able to analyse data and spot sales opportunities
  • You must be a seasoned Sales Professional & a confident "Closer"
  • Previously worked to strict Revenue Targets & KPIs
  • Professional communicator with the ability to use own initiative
  • Driven with a determination to succeed
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Full driving Licence & own transport (preferred)

My client offers a superb package for the right candidate including a basic salary of 25k DOE plus an uncapped commission structure with an overall OTE of around 40-45k.

As this is a dual based role in a B2B environment, you will need to have some flexibility regarding working hours but it is expected you will work predominantly "core business hours" Monday - Friday with no weekends.

Full training and induction will be done at the company office with a personally tailored Personal Development Plan to ensure you reach your full potential in your role and you will have fantastic hands-on support where you need it.
