We are looking for a Production Supervisor / Manager to join a well established busy niche business. This role is working between 2 sites across Heanor and Somercotes (Mainly in Heanor). This is a permanent full-time opportunity with flexible working hours between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

• Salary up to £25k plus production bonus

The role:

• Manage staff to ensure they achieve their daily production targets - Around 20 staff over 3 departments
  
• Report daily figures and productivity to general manager
  
• Complete daily figures spreadsheets using Excel
  
• Assist with recruitment
  
• Report any issues with production and rectifying those issues
  
• This Role is a very busy position and there will need to be some flexibility with taking calls occasionally out of your normal working hours.
